I've always wanted to share my food experience somehow.. was surfing through my rather messy and cramped up personal blog and thought, why dun I just start a new food blog and collate everything food related here?? Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese ♥
Dished up a vegetarian version of Spaghetti Bolognese ^^
Ingredients: (Serves 1)
1 cup Penne
1 can vegetarian minced meat
4 stalks green bean
1/2 can tomato spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup button mushrooms
Some vegetarian ham
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Boil penne as instructed on package in a pot of boiling water and salt.
Remove penne and boil green bean till cooked, about 3 min.
Heat up frying pan with some olive oil and fry mushrooms and ham.
Add in minced meat and fry for a while before pouring in tomato sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange penne on plate and pour sauce to serve.
Bon appetit!! ♥
