Sufood (舒果) ~ the new vegetarian concept
Our latest food adventure brought us to a newly opened (1 June 2011) vegetarian restaurant in 中壢! This interesting and new-style concept restaurant is a new venture by a local giant food empire and pride itself as the "new Milan vegetarian". The first notable feel when we walked in was the very modern and artistic decor which really made you feel welcome and comfortable. The service was fantastic (seems like the staff are all very well-trained) and environment very clean. They serve only set meals which was a bit on the downside cos you still gotta order in sets even if you are not that hungry. The food displays were carefully designed for every dish with detailed introductions by the server. Here's some images to tease your tastebuds... and I would certainly recommend foodies for a taste of palatable class! ^^

Loved your review!
ReplyDeleteWe've tried the fairly new SuFoods near Guting MRT Station and also one in Gaoxiong near Central Park KMRT. The dishes seem to be an interesting fusion between southern Italian cuisine (even if they say it's from Milan) and some Taiwanese ideas. Really good, and good value.
